Rech and CWI software.
My role was to conduct design sessions to use the Lean inception methodology, taking into account design thinking resources, such as creating a product vision, personas and journeys.
The project’s main goal was to find the most relevant tools for creating an MVP (minimum viable product) capable of delivering the highest level of value with reduced effort and time.
The process involved the discovery stage of the project, going through immersion and ideation. All stages were conducted in design sessions involving a team of 3 engineers representing the client, a product owner, a junior designer. (besides me as a senior designer) and a representative from the dev team.
We went through a thorough mapping of the engineers' experience in market analysis of the mentioned products. The stages included debate among the participants to expand the idea, collective participation on the board and decision-making with definition of resources (personas, journeys, etc.).
Cards were subsequently created with the feature ideas that emerged for mapping in the prioritization matrix measuring value, time and effort. Finishing with the sequencing of the development of each one.
The deliverables were the detailed board with the entire process, a kick-off presentation of the project and some initial concept screens.
